Practice
Mock Interview Coaching.
Practice in real interview conditions, with a coach who pushes back the way a real interviewer will. The point isn’t to feel good after the session. It’s to get sharper.

Who this is for
- Candidates within two weeks of a major interview
- People who interview well in their head but freeze in the room
- Anyone preparing for a panel, case, or behavioral interview
- Clients who have done the prep but need to pressure-test it
- Job seekers between rounds who need to fix what went wrong
What you’ll get
- Realistic mock interviews modeled on the actual format you’re walking into (panel, behavioral, case, technical, MMI, etc.)
- Live, specific feedback after every answer. What worked, what didn’t, what to fix
- A recorded transcript or notes so you can review what you said
- Targeted drills on the answers that aren’t landing yet
- Confidence built through reps, not affirmations
How it works
1. Free 15-minute consultation. Tell me about the role and the format. I’ll match the mock interviews to it.
2. Question set. I prepare a list of questions tailored to the role, the company, and the seniority level. You don’t see them in advance.
3. Live mock (60 min). We run the interview as close to real conditions as possible. I take notes throughout.
4. Feedback (built into the session). After each answer or at the end, depending on what helps you most. We mark which answers are ready and which need work.
5. Repeat as needed. Most clients do two to four mocks before the real thing.
Why mocks matter more than reading
You can read every interview prep book on the shelf. None of them will tell you that you say “um” before every answer, or that your voice gets quiet on the questions that matter most, or that your best story takes ninety seconds when it should take forty.
That feedback only comes from saying the words out loud, to a person who’s listening for it.
What clients say
“Wow, Neil takes a completely different approach from everyone else. Initially I always found myself struggling through the interview process and I used to just keep talking with the hopes of answering the question. I did not have any proper guidance. In the first session with Neil, he taught me a couple unique strategies to answer many interview questions. I felt way more confident after the first session and I would highly recommend him.”

FAQ
Are sessions recorded? Only if you want them to be. Some clients learn faster from watching themselves; others find it distracting.
Can you simulate a specific company’s interview style? Yes, when I have enough public information about the company’s process. Tell me where you’re interviewing and I’ll calibrate.
How many mocks should I do? Two to four for most interviews. More for case-heavy roles like consulting.
How are sessions held? Zoom or Google Meet.
Try the first session risk-free
If your first paid session doesn’t feel like the right fit, I’ll refund it in full. No questions asked.
