Neil Bondre has been mentoring students for almost a decade now throughout the entire interview process, including areas in accounting, finance, consulting, investment banking, private equity, sales, medical school, and residency school. With experience in over 100 interviews, Neil has developed a proven formula to achieve an extremely high success rate for his students. Neil mentored a number of students who went on to work for numerous Fortune 500 companies including but not limited to Google, Cisco, and Oracle.
Neil previously worked at Goldman Sachs Wealth Management Division, Smith Barney as well as Kayne Anderson Private Equity. He is also a director at a semiconductor capital equipment trading firm. Neil is a graduate from UCLA and is currently heavily involved with their Alumni programs. Neil not only has the unique ability to pinpoint a student’s strengths and weaknesses, but he is also able to build a personalized strategy to succeed in an interview. His interview coaching methods help students to get immediate improvement within the first session.
